SLL Week 2 – Blog Hop Friday

I am so thrilled to see so many of you getting involved with this study and taking this journey to less stress very seriously!  Not only will your physical health eventually improve when you start embracing God’s peace, but over the next few weeks and months, hopefully your spiritual, mental and emotional health will be regenerated as well. God is up to something good!

I loved reading all the ponderings from the blogs linked up last Friday – a huge thanks to all the bloggers who took time to participate!

Below is the link up for this week. If you’re a blogger and prepared a posts to encourage us all, link it up!

If you’re not a blogger, prepare to be encouraged and inspired in your faith walk as you visit other blogs this week! If you feel led, leave a comment on the blogs you read so those precious ladies will know you visited and were encouraged!

This week’s blog hop topics are as follows:

  • God wants to be our first responder, not our last resort.
  • “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”  Jeremiah 29:11
  • “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthews 11:28

Thank you Tracie for hosting! I appreciated looking again at God’s promises that allow us to rest in Him. Breathing that in this morning. Have a great weekend!

I’ve so excited my heart is overflowing today. I thank you and everyone for praying for me. I was listening this morning to a sermon about talking negative and giving the devil ammunition that he can use against me. It was like a wake up call. I want to be walking with Jesus and trusting Him in all areas of my life. The scripture
2 Timothy 1?7 is still living in my heart. For God hat not given, me the spirit of fear; but of power, nd of love, and of a sound mind. I have a lot to catch up on but with God’s help I’m on my way. Have a great weekend everyone. Love you, Sharon

Thank you for your prayers, your blog totally resonated with me. The enemy has had a grasp on my heart for 4 years now, after I learned of my husband’s emotional affair. Although my husband hasn’t had contact with the other woman, my heart has been bound with grief, just what the enemy has been enjoying. It has kept me from being able to let go. I hope that we may be free to move on and guided by God’s love and wisdom.
